How to File a Discrimination Complaint

If you believe you have been discriminated against, you may file a complaint with any of the following agencies. Complaints must be filed within 180 days of the alleged discriminatory act. For continuing discrimination, the 180-day period starts from the last incident.

We acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 2 business days and conduct a preliminary review.

We gather evidence, conduct interviews with relevant parties, review documents, and determine findings.

3Resolution

We provide written notification of the outcome, implement corrective actions if needed, and inform you of your appeal rights.

All complaints are handled with appropriate confidentiality. Information is shared only with those who have a need to know for investigation and resolution purposes.
